We proudly offer free shipping. Please note that we take an average of 1 to 2 business days to fulfill your order before we ship it. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time, depending on your country or region, is between 2 and 9 business days. Please keep in mind holidays may affect the delivery time.
Delays
While we have no control over the courier's delay, we do sincerely apologize for any delay (if any) and appreciate your patience as we do our best to deliver your item as quickly and safely as possible. Unfortunately, there may be occasional delays. Please allow an additional 3 working days before contacting us. Thank you for your support
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order includes a pre-ordered or backordered item, we ship all items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or backordered immediately when we have them available. So if you have more than one item in one order and only receive part of your item, don't worry.
Tracking your order:
If you provided a mobile phone number, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with a tracking ID and a link that allows you to track the journey of your package. You can track your package on our Tracking page. If you are not sure of your tracking ID, please use our Tracking ID form here to look up your order.
It takes 1 to 2 business days for tracking information to be displayed.
Disclaimer for incorrect address:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@amvim.com if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address.
Lost/stolen packages
our site is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you did not receive it, please notify your respective carrier using the information provided on our tracking page. Cancellation before shipping
We offer immediate cancellation of orders up to a limit of 8 hours after purchase - so if you change your mind within that time, please message us at support@amvim.com to communicate your decision and keep in mind that we always work hard to ship orders to ensure faster delivery.
Please note, sometimes orders cannot be stopped from being shipped from our warehouse and in that case, customers are responsible for any return charges according to our refund and return policy.
The amount of the transaction minus the 9% processing fee will be refunded to you.
We will cancel and refund as soon as we receive your request and the order has not yet been shipped. If the item has already shipped, a return process is required for refund after it arrives to you.
