All returns must be pre-approved by email, and we will provide you with the specific return address for your item. Returns sent without prior approval, or to any address other than the one we provide (including our headquarters at 5794 Bird Rd, Miami), will be rejected and not refunded. We work with multiple warehouses, so the correct return address depends on your specific item.

How to Make a Return

  1. Email support@amvim.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Wait for our reply (typically within 24 hours on business days). We will email you the specific return shipping address for your item, along with any additional instructions.
  3. Pack the items unworn, with original tags and the SKU label intact, in the original packaging.
  4. Ship the package to the address we provided you by email, using a trackable shipping method of your choice (return shipping is the customer's responsibility, original shipping is non-refundable).
  5. We process within 5–7 business days of receipt and notify you by email when your refund is issued.

Do not ship returns without first receiving the return address from us by email.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, with original tags attached
  • Must be returned in original packaging with the SKU label intact
  • Must be sent within 30 days of delivery (based on shipment tracking)
  • If your order shipped in multiple packages, the 30-day window starts on the delivery date of the final package
  • Must be sent to the return address provided by us by email β€” returns sent to any other address will be rejected
  • Returns that don't meet these criteria may be declined

Restocking Fee & Refunds

A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and is automatically deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and re-listing.

Refund processing time: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

Original shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@amvim.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll provide a quick resolution β€” typically a replacement or full refund without the restocking fee. We will email you the correct return address if a return is required.

Refused Deliveries & Out-of-Policy Returns

Returns sent without prior email approval, returns sent to an address other than the one we provided, refused deliveries, or returns made outside the 30-day window may be subject to a 30% handling and processing fee or may be declined entirely.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 8 hours of placing your order by emailing support@amvim.com. A 9% processing fee applies to cancellations. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled β€” the standard return process applies after delivery.
