📦 ORDERS & TRACKING
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is in the order confirmation email we send right after your purchase. Look for "ORDER AM####" in the upper right corner of the email. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or contact support@amvim.com with the email address used at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email (and SMS if you provided your phone number). It takes 1–2 business days for tracking information to appear after the carrier picks up the package.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You have an 8-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation. Email support@amvim.com as soon as possible with your order number. Please note: a 9% processing fee applies to cancellations. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — you would need to follow our return process after delivery.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately at support@amvim.com with your order number and correct address. We process orders quickly, so there's a small window to correct mistakes before shipment. Once an order has shipped to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any return shipping or re-delivery costs.
What if part of my order arrives without all the items?
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we ship the available items immediately and send the remaining items as soon as they become available. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 12 PM CST ship within 1–2 business days. Transit time is typically 4 to 9 business days, depending on the warehouse origin and your delivery address. Holidays may add 1–3 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We're working on expanding to other countries in the future.
What if my package is delayed?
While we have no control over carrier delays, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us. If your tracking hasn't updated in over 5 business days, email support@amvim.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
What if my package shows "delivered" but I didn't receive it?
First, check with neighbors and your local post office — packages occasionally get scanned as delivered before they actually arrive. If you still can't locate it, contact the carrier directly using your tracking information, and let us know — we'll do our best to help investigate.
Will I get a confirmation when my order ships?
Yes. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. If you provided your mobile phone number at checkout, you'll also receive SMS updates.

What's your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging (including the SKU label). Key terms:
- 30 days from delivery to return your item
- 10% restocking fee applied to all approved returns
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
- All returns must be pre-approved by email — we work with multiple warehouses and will give you the correct return address before you ship anything. Do not send returns to our headquarters address.

Are there items I can't return?
Yes. The following are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates and lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Open-pack wholesale orders
How does the 10% restocking fee work?
A 10% restocking fee is automatically deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and re-listing the returned item. The fee applies to all approved returns regardless of return reason.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days to inspect and process. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued. From there, your bank may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately at support@amvim.com with photos of the issue and your order number (within 7 days of delivery). We'll respond within 24 hours with a resolution — typically a replacement or full refund without restocking fee.
What if I want to return after the 30-day window?
Returns initiated outside the 30-day window may be declined or subject to a 30% handling fee. If you have a special circumstance, contact support@amvim.com and we'll review case by case.
How do I start a return?
- Email support@amvim.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return
- Wait for our reply (typically within 24 hours on business days). We will email you the specific return shipping address for your item — do not ship anything before receiving this email
- Pack items unworn, with original tags and the SKU label intact, in the original packaging
- Ship the package to the address we provided you, using a trackable shipping method (return shipping is your responsibility)
- We process within 5–7 business days of receipt
Important: returns sent without prior approval, or to any address other than the one we email you (including our headquarters address), will be rejected.
📏 SIZING & FIT
How do I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a specific size guide for that item. Sizing varies by brand and style, so we recommend checking the size chart on the individual product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Why do sizes vary across products?
We curate from multiple brands (Saige Denim, Camille TRD, Camille CCW, and others), and each brand has its own sizing standards. For example, Saige Denim uses US numerical sizes (0–15), while many of our other apparel brands use letter sizes (XS–3XL). Always check the product-specific size chart on each PDP.
What if my item doesn't fit?
Unfortunately, we don't offer direct size exchanges. If your item doesn't fit, follow the standard return process — return the item that doesn't fit, then place a new order for the correct size.
Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes. Some of our items are available in plus sizes (XL, 2XL, 3XL, and beyond). Look for the "Plus Size" tag on the product page or browse our Curve Edit collection for plus-size styles.

What materials are your products made from?
Each product page lists the specific material composition (cotton, polyester, satin, denim, etc.). We carry a variety of fabrics and styles to suit different occasions.
How should I care for my AMVIM items?
Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment care label. As a general rule:
- Most items: machine wash cold, tumble dry low
- Delicates (satin, lace, sequin): hand wash or dry clean only
- Always check the care label before washing
Where are your products made?
We carry items from multiple sources, including USA-made brands (like Saige Denim) and other curated brands from trusted suppliers. The country of origin is typically listed on the product page or care label.
Will out-of-stock items be restocked?
It depends. Some popular styles are restocked regularly, while others are limited editions. If an item shows as out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page (when available), or contact us to ask about availability.
Do you carry curated collections?
Yes. Browse our themed collections including Wedding Guest Edit, Saige Denim USA (premium USA-made denim), Best Sellers, and seasonal edits.
💳 PAYMENT & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). All transactions are processed in USD.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. AMVIM uses SSL/TLS encryption for all transactions and processes payments through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card information on our servers. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state/local tax laws. The tax amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are issued as part of our return incentive program (see Returns section). For purchasable gift cards, please contact support@amvim.com.
